MELTING
Melting is performed from the primary metal, in a modern melting furnace of Sistem Teknik, Turkey, which allows to reduce the carbon footprint to the extent possible products

CASTING AND ROLLING PRODUCTION
Rolling is performed on modern equipment of Sistem Teknik, Turkey, which provides high accuracy of the preset parameters.

COLD STAMPING PRODUCTION
It is performed on modern press of the Swiss company Bruderer and unwinding machines of the Italian company Sarroni.

Surface Treatment
At this stage either tumbling or shot-blasting treatment is performed, depending on the task.

Quality Control
Product quality control is carried out in the metallurgical laboratory with the following equipment: Microscope ZEISS Axio Vert.A1, Spectrometer Spectromaxx, Laboratory Hydrogen Analyzer Hycal, Laboratory furnace for aluminum heat treatment of the company KG, Laboratory melting furnace of the company TLP, Laboratory semi-automated polishing machine FTP-1AX, Laboratory polishing machine FTP-1MX, Laboratory cutting-off machine Future Tech FTC-D150A, hardness measuring instrument Time TH-600.
The manufacturing process of slugs is based on strict monitoring of critical parameters in the course of production of semi-products and complies with the standard ISO 9001:2015.

Alumar LLC
Was found in 2010 as a common project of Arnest LLC and a Greek company Aluman. In 2013 production was started and in 2015 it reached its design capacity of 6,000 tons of slugs per year.
In 2017 Alumar LLC became an independent enterprise and from that time forth preparations for reconstruction began in order to increase output of production.
In 2020 a new annealing furnace from Sistem Teknik, Turkey, was put into operation to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
In 2021 the casting and rolling unit and the press and metal-forming equipment were replaced, which allowed to increase production up to 11 thousand tons per year.

Replacing an electric motor on a cold rolling mill
During the scheduled preventive maintenance, Alyumar LLC together with Sistem Teknik replaced the electric motor and the cold rolling gearbox of the casting line.
