During the scheduled preventive maintenance, Alyumar LLC together with Sistem Teknik replaced the electric motor and the cold rolling gearbox of the casting line.
The new electric motor is a high-quality replacement for the outdated AEG DC motor. This will increase the reliability of this unit and its durability.
The new gearbox from Sistem Teknik has smaller dimensions, an increased gear ratio, which in turn, paired with the new motor, will increase the rolling speed.
